cd33 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

cd33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. All services provided on this platform are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. If false information is provided during age verification, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

cd33 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply solely to cd33's website and app. Third-party sites or services have their own terms, and cd33 is not responsible for those.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on cd33, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• The device or network used to create the account must not be on a pre-existing banned list.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cd33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawal requests may be suspended or the account may be temporarily closed.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials, password, and OTP confidential. cd33 will not be liable if a third party accesses the account. Any unusual activity on the account must be reported to the support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on cd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• The account used for deposit must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not supported.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• cd33 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until identity verification is complete.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

cd33 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, and the bonus must be used in accordance with those terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% first deposit bonus is available for new members, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers is required.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are usable only on games or bets designated by cd33.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household are not permitted.
• Any bonus offer is valid only within its specified period.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, cd33 may investigate and take necessary action.

5 Game Rules and Betting Terms

Certain general rules apply to both sports betting and casino games on cd33. These rules are in place to protect users and ensure fair play.

5.1 Sports Betting

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• cd33's decision regarding odds changes is final.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• If there is a dispute over the result of an event, the decision of the relevant authority will be followed.

5.2 Casino Games

• All games are operated using third-party technology; cd33 is the platform provider only.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, cd33 will act according to the saved data.
• RTP (Return to Player) figures for games are determined based on the data provided by the respective game developer.

5.3 Fraud and Manipulation

If any user attempts to exploit the system using software, bots, or any other means, the account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. Any attempt to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

6 VIP Program and Cashback Benefits

cd33's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier. Cashback is calculated as a set percentage of the total net loss for the week.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

For example: a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive up to ৳220 in cashback (৳20,000 × 1.1%).

Cashback is credited directly to the account and may carry its own wagering requirements. cd33 reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

7 User Code of Conduct

All users on the cd33 platform must behave respectfully. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Threatening, abusing, or using offensive language toward other users or support staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorisation.
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

In the event of a violation of these rules, cd33 may suspend or permanently close the account and take legal action if necessary.

8 Data Privacy and Security

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals or bonuses will be settled before the request is processed.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by cd33

cd33 may suspend or close any account without prior notice on grounds of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal necessity. cd33 is not obliged to state the reason for such a decision.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions or logins for an extended period may be marked as inactive. If such an account holds a balance, it can be reactivated by contacting support.

11 Limitation of Liability

The cd33 platform is provided as-is. cd33 accepts limited liability for any loss arising from technical issues, internet disruption, or failure of third-party services. However, for direct losses to the user, the maximum liability will be limited to the total amount of the transaction concerned.

cd33 is not directly liable for issues caused by faults in third-party game software or services; however, efforts will be made to assist in resolving such issues.

12 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

13 Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

Third-party games, logos, and content included on the platform are the intellectual property of the respective developers or studios. These are used on cd33 under authorisation.

14 Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Language

The Bangla version of these terms is authoritative. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict in translation, the Bangla text will be taken as the original.

14.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be effective.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and other supplementary documents together form the entire agreement between cd33 and the user. No oral or written promise outside these documents is valid unless it is incorporated into this document.
